Visiting Choirs

Each year, there are several services for which the Cathedral choirs are on vacation. The Cathedral welcomes Visiting Choirs to sing at these services, especially at weekends in July and August.  There is a brand new Youth Hostel half a mile away and the Holiday Inn and a Travel Lodge are within easy walking distance.

Visiting choirs are required for the following Sunday dates in 2012:

Feb 12th - 1030 - Eucharist (alternative to Feb 19th)
Feb 12th - 1600 - Evensong (alternative to Feb 19th)
Feb 19th - 1030 - Eucharist (Preferred Date)
Feb 19th - 1600 - Evensong (Preferred Date)
