Confirmations are normally held in the Cathedral at Easter and Advent. Other confirmations are held at other churches in the Diocese throughout the year. Your Parish Priest will be able to advise you about preparation for confirmation. The Cathedral would like your confirmation to be a meaningful and comfortable experience. To achieve this candidates may like to be involved in contributing to the liturgy or contributing something giving an insight into their journey to confirmation. As a welcome to the Cathedral in an informal setting before the day of the Confirmation and to make you feel more comfortable, a rehearsal takes place a few days before each confirmation.
